Covid 19 Vaccine Booking Support

vaccines. For those of you wanting to book vaccinations, we would like to

any of these sites, you will need to keep checking back to see if the
eligibility criteria has been updated. This is happening frequently and the
websites aren’t always updated as quickly as the updates occur. The daily news

Anyone who received their first dose of vaccine on or before
April 8, 2021 can now book their second dose appointment.
All Indigenous people ages 12 and up in Manitoba can begin
booking second dose appointments as long as they meet the minimum time interval
In addition, people with these priority conditions can book
their second dose-appointment:
receiving hemodialysis OR peritoneal
due to any cause OR portal
severe heart failure
solid tumor and blood (leukemia/lymphoma) who will or are receiving
chemotherapy, immunosuppressive therapy or immune checkpoint inhibitors (e.g.,
receiving one or more
of the following medications: B cell therapies (e.g., rituximab, ocrelizumab),
cyclophosphamide, alemtuzumab, calcineurin inhibitors (cyclosporine,
tacrolimus), chronic dose prednisone >=20mg/day, mycophenolate, and JAK
inhibitors (e.g., tofacitinib)
or are on the list to receive a solid organ transplant
have received a stem
cell transplant OR CAR-T therapy
at least 3 months ago.
home care ≥ 4 times/week OR receiving 24/7
Community Living Disability Services supports (or as per family physician
determination of equivalent levels of family support).
To book a second-dose appointment, individuals must have:
received a Pfizer
vaccine 21 days before their second-dose appointment date; or
received a Moderna
vaccine 28 days before their second-dose appointment date.
